Changing link style?

My forum is using cursiveSMF as a theme. And I like it a lot, and it's great. The only pproblem users have is the links. That you only discover that they are links when you mouse over them... which some of my users are finding hard.

So... is there a way I can change the way the links get handled? Maybe throw some color in there? What would I need to edit to achive this?
