I don't want members to delete their accounts..

I actually think members should be allowed to delete their own accounts at my board, but right now there's a guy who's a regular and just because of a personal issue with another member, he wants to leave the board. I think he should sleep over it and see if he still wants to leave in the morning, when he's less angry. Yatta yatta yatta, comes down to this question: can I disallow members to delete their own accounts??

Admin -> Edit Permissions

Set "Delete accounts" to "disallow" for both "Own account" and "Any account".
