Best Ad Service

What do you feel is the best ad publishers service, and does it require your SSN for payouts

I've been timid to try other ad services except adsense. So far I've been fairly satisfied with adsense but I don't have experience with others to say if it's the best. Adsense does require SSN for payouts.

I post alot of webmaster types forums.  Its pretty much well accepted that the best are
#1 Adsense
#2 Yahoo Publisher [BETA] (US only at the moment)

After them you can choose from a million others which are no more no better than the rest.  Many people have many different experiences, some good some bad, it just depends on the type of site and demographic of visitors.

Personally I like AuctionAds at the moment which show ebay listings.

I don't know what an SSN is.  If its tax related, all of the ones I posted except adsense and ypn
