i wanted to add a moderator on the particular topic on the board. I cant add the person. I did change his permission to a moderator but i cant see any links that i can add him to the topic.

Anyone can help please?

Am I misunderstanding something? There is no feature to add a moderator for only a topic. For that you would need to request a mod. If you want to add a local board moderator you can do so on the modify board page in Admin / Boards.

If the permissions don't seem to be granting the user all the right moderation permissions, go to Admin / Permissions and make sure all the permissions are set as you want, being careful of the "Deny" permission and local board permissions that would overwrite global board permissions for a membergroup.
