Hi guys
This error gets reported  "activation already for this account" in the following scenario

1, user registers and puts in a password that has to be at least 8 chars..
2, he gets taken back, and submits a longer password..
3, as admin I get 2 emails from this user both saying the same and he gets the error above

my smf version is SMF 1.1.4

and uses the joomlahacks bridge with joomla.

can you explain exactly the steps required to trigger this bug?

Does it still do it if you remove the bridge temporarily?

mojito, access your forum through the non bridge url (if thats even possible with the JH bridge) and see if it occurs then.  I wasn't able to recreate this locally on my test install.
