it uploads fine. but when i try to download it only downloads an index file. what can i do?

How big is the file?  Are you sure your host is allowing files that large to be uploaded?

the files uploads fine. the problem is when i'm trying to donwnload fron the forum it downloads and inbdex file insted of the wma

What browser are you using?  Internet Explorer?  If so, which version?

If you save the file anyway, and rename it, does it work?
