Enabling links when using WAP2?

By design, apparently, URLs are not clickable when using WAP/WAP2/iMode protocols. Is there a way to turn this feature on?

Or am I missing something obvious here? Thanks.

I think that this has been mentioned and bugged before. I sometimes check the forum from my cell phone and have had issues but am not sure why.

Ok guys. I posted here and got nowhere.

I posted in the "Bugs" forum, thinking that would be a better place to ask this question. It got moved here to General English Support and pointed back to this thread here.

I'm sorry if I broke some rule or something, but I'm not getting anywhere. Either it's a bug or it's by design and someone knows that. Where should I ask?

Yes! I do not have a public site to point you to, but can give you a URL and username/password via PM if you will look at it.

When viewing ANY post in WAP2 mode, ANY URL will show up and not be clickable. SMF 1.1.4.

No, not yet. Thanks for asking. Any ideas? Or do you need to see it? I would think that this would affect any implementation of 1.1.4...

I think I know what he means.. The links are not hyperlinked in posts on wap/wap2/imode

But it displays in the PM pages

So I would say its a bug.

Like when I'm in the PM pages and am replying to a post it shows the PM review (if linked) hyperlinked but when posting or viewing posts that does not occur.
