Sorry for your troubles. Ban by IP is no permanent solution I guess as you wrote already. Keep deleting his posts and try to calm down.

i am now in matnience mode waiting for some answers, i am now requiring users to validate teir email address, can't belwive i didnt before.

You can set the board to validate email, or for member approval for new registrations (this requires all new members to be validated and approved by an admin.)

You might want to try the member approval for a while.  It will be more work on your part but maybe you'll get this spammer to just give up.  I have a similar problem and unfortunately my problem hasn't given up even after two years.

i need more staff membrs to get these removed faster and get these new ip's banned as they come up.

edit: I just sent out an email to one of the spammers ISP.
