Hostname banning question

pcp65*pcs.capcir01.fl.comcast.net would work as a ban, right?

I have someone I'm trying to ban, and his IP keeps changeing but his hostname stays pcp65SOMTHING.pcs.capcir01.fl.comcast.net

Main question: Can you have wildcards in any part of the hostname?

You can, at least for hostnames.
