Many 8: Undefined index: www.xxxxxxx.com errors

My error log is full of these errors, seems for every page request one of these errors are generated.  They may vary slightly but they always start with  8: Undefined index: hxxp:www.xxxxxxx.com [nonactive]
A few examples:

8: Undefined index: hxxp:www.xxxxxxx.com [nonactive]
File: /home/content/j/h/e/fley/html/forum/Themes/default/Admin.template.php (eval?)

Have you hard coded any code in say Profile.template.php or Index.template.php that includes your domain name?  Custom buttons or links?
