Too much Spam ?! Problem!!

Hello people,
I'm levity from hxxp:xslimits.co.nr [nonactive] - Adobe video editing and tutorials

Well i use joomla and also i use the smf board 1.1.4
and wle we have a lot registered users, but it seems that not they all are interested on video making..

almost every week i got Porn and Medicines spam on the forum board..
Can somebody help me out ? How i can dissolve this case for no spam..

I've already tried akismest or something but it's not working... !!

Add visual verification, and possibly approve by admin.

Also, possibly add a couple of moderators to help you band/delete spammers or forum spam posts

well we have 5 mods , and as i hear from them , they are sick and tired on removing spams,, and when i set visual verification , after you putted the code it says incorrect code while the code is exaclty as the image..
