I was wondering if thier is a way to delete all the history on the shoutbox im running 1.1.4 and the nneonneos shoutbox.. I recently had an error pop up when trying to access my domain :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Never played with that one, but here are some options
(from Good to worse)
Make sure your logged in as ADMIN. Go into the backend and see if there are any settings to control the shoutbox. See if there is a "Delete Date" around there.

Uninstall and reinstall the module, hopefully clearing the database

Go into Phpmyadmin (Make backup) Find the table and empty it.

Please post this in the comments thread for the relevant shoutbox mod.
