Help Please / Hide post group titles

Hi,dont know if this is the place to ask this,but here it goes anyway.

You know under the members title.ie [nofollow]:Moderator,it appears it's member's status,ie:full member.

How do i get rid of this option,and just show Moderator and administrator.

ex: ADMINISTRATOR
      Star Member

I just want it to Show   ADMINISTRATOR.

Admin -> Current Theme's Settings ->  Hide post group titles for grouped members?
