CSS file can't be found for editing?

I've been editing my CSS file through FTP, since that's what I'm used to doing.  However, I tried to do it through the admin interface today, and I get the message, " The file you are trying to edit... can't even be found!" when I click on 'Modify the style.css file' under Current Theme's Settings.

Any ideas what's going on here?  I don't mind doing it through FTP, but I wanted to let another Admin edit the css file without granting FTP access.

Does this happen when using the classic theme?  This is a known problem in some of Bloc's themes.

Thats right, its the Themes.template.php that needs updating. Send me a copy of it and I will update it for you. ( the Themis theme ).
