Online manual - explaining all the options?

Does anyone have a link that shows what all the function and setting are?  Had my server install the program and Im totally lost where to even begin!

Well, there are several settings areas in the admin center:

Edit Server Settings - this is where you change server-specific options like cookie name, database info, default forum language, etc.

Edit Features and Options - this is where you will find the majority of the settings. Look around and click on the little ? icons for more info on a setting.

Theme Settings and Options - this is where most of the Theme-related stuff is - which theme guests see, whether users can select the "default" theme, which theme is the default, etc. This is also where you can set some theme-related settings and change the default theme-specific options for current members and new members.

Current Theme's Settings - this is where you can change some theme-specific settings for the current theme. Settings changed here will only apply to the current theme.

Smileys and Smiley Sets - this is where all the smiley settings are. Here you can change the default smiley set, add custom smileys, re-organize them, select which smiley set is the default, etc.
