Under "Large Update" it says, "Using modifications, or not using SMF 1.1.3?  No problem, this is what you need."

It should say, "Using modifications, or not using SMF 1.1.4?  No problem, this is what you need."

Nope, It should say that. AFIAK.
Since it means if you are using modifications or a older version than 1.1.3, since if you are using a plain 1.1.3 you can upgrade via Small upgrade package.
