Posting Permission type thing HELP!!

well i have a forum offering loads of downloads for free
i im getting signups but not alot of posting although some are

now to combat this i want the download boards to only been seen from member with a certain about of posts therefore they will decide to post so they can see the downloads

so can someone please tell me how you make a board and all posts in it only viewable if you have a set amount of posts

Open the permissions settings and enable advanced permissions by-board and all shall be revealed.
