Thank you very much for the update!! It's runs smoothly :D
I'm using SMF 2.0.2 and SimplePortal 2.3.4

1, How do you install this portal does not appear on the menu link to the forum and the forum is only for the portal. Does it start somewhere.

2.  After installing the portal and add a shoutbox added to the portal page in the frame of a block and he is not working properly shoutbox

The new version after that is efficient and there are no problems with the installation

Calendar information is on the left side - when added shoutbox he gets on top as seen in the photograph and the shoutbox does not work anyway.

Just noticed the top and left block headers do not align on SP created pages.  Any suggestions?  (See attached image)

tomeh -- I do not understand your questions.  I am sorry. Can you come to simpleportal.net. We can work on one question at a time?

GlitchPC -- I went to glitchpc.net. at http://glitchpc.net/index.php alignment looks perfect.  at http://glitchpc.net/index.php?action=faq the block "What are the forum rules" is a little higher than the left block.

I am going to guess that the image you attached is of a simple portal page, and that no top blocks are shown. Can you provide a link?

What about resetting (custom) permissions when previewing block? Is there some fix or we have to wait for new SP?

Can you explain in more detail what you mean.

As for the new SP, 2.3.4 has been released.

AngelinaBelle...

This only happens when I create a SimplePortal page.  No top blocks.  The FAQ page is another mod.  Issues I have are with the following pages:

So...what do ya think?

Brack, try to add new block with custom permissions. Set few to "A", few to "D", and leave few with "X". Now click "Preview" and now all permissions are set to "X"

SP 2.3.4 (earlier on 2.3.3 I didn't notice this problem)

That space is there to separate the forum content from SimplePortal blocks but if it bothers you, you could make this change:

Themes/default/Portal.template.php

Code (Find and Remove) Select
echo '
<br class="sp_side_clear" />';

I'll change that with a more cleaner and customizable code in the next versions.

Thanks, Sinan.  I was still working through whether that was in Portal.template.php, or whether it came along with the pages.

A little logic for "if you don't have top blocks, don't put in the space-after-the-top-blocks". that sounds like a good idea.

It seems like a "feature" to add to the bug tracker over at SP. ;)

Just out of interest I created a test page with a Left Block and a Right Block in it, attached is the result. Is this normal? The Theme is ClearSky but it's the same with Curve.
