How to install themes?

Group,

I cannot find instructions or documentation on how to install a theme. Is there someone who can explain or point me in the right direction as to where to find this information?

Admin -> Themes and layout -> Install a New Theme

Should be pretty easy, if you have the theme in one packaged file.
