One of my users reported that he gets an error on every page on the forum. Stragne thing is, I don't see that error myself.

Hm does the user uses any other language than forum default if he/she can? Probably a stupid question.

Yes what language are they using and for their language is the $copy_right entry found in their index.{language}.php file?

Looking at your image, there is a large number of $txt[] entries missing. I would say an incompatible theme or missing language files/text strings.
