Images in the wrong place

In SMF 2.0 Beta 3.1 Public, I see that the images in the Moderation CP where you manage Reported posts, it links to the images close.gif, ignore.gif, and details.gif

It refers to these images in the yoursite.com/[forum]/Themes/[The_Theme]/english/close|details|ignore.gif however, the images are in the directory buttons, not english (or the forums default language)

I searched in the Bug Tracker, didn't find anything, and not sure if it has been fixed in the SVN or Beta 4 by now
