Can anyone give me step by step instructions to Upgrade my forums from 2.0 to 2.0.1. I've already downloaded the package, and I extracted it to a folder. I'm stuck over there. Please answer to this topic as soon as possible. Help me guys. Thanks!

Once you have extracted it to a folder on your desktop you need to upload it and overwrite all the existing files on your server....point your browser to the upgrade.php AFTER doing a database backup and your golden. Read this for a bit more help:

Do the database backup first before uploading files.

I went to my forum Database. But, It shows 'We do not allow MySQL backups. To get one, please visit us over at smfnew.com [nofollow] (we are hosting your forum!)' Now what should I do ?

You will have to contact them for help with this then as SMF is not part of SMFNew.
