Slowness

As per Midgards request im posting to say that he cannot access this site as its very slow, it sort of loads but the CSS doesnt and neither does a few of a the graphics, I seem to get on fine but Midagrd is having real trouble in getting to the site. I asked for a traceroute but I dont think he understood but he has had this for around a week now.

That sounds *very much* like network problems.... the css shouldn't be a problem at all....

the problem is he's mnever on for a great length of time to look into things.
