Member Activation Problem!

On my 2.0 Beta 4 Forum it shows that I have one member waiting to be approved. I've done all the steps listed at this link http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=262385.0.

I've also even re uploaded the manage users file.

I've attached the manage user file
The one with the O at the end is the original. Edit that was the wrong file. Also do not have the original.
S is for the second one I replaced original with.
T is for the third attempt of re uploading
