  When I was very young (I'm still young. I need a new expression) I played that "TheSims" PC game, and found a very nice fansite and forum for it. (Non-SMF forum).
  Then, suddenly, the forum was closed without warning, and some members who knew that I had some HTML experience asked me to make a new forum. (They didn't understand it takes more than HTML).
  After a lot of searching (Finding only phpBB powered forums) I found this awesome SMF thing and after a while I figured out what to do to get it installed.
  Then, I signed up on this forum and started to ask everyone stupid questions (I'm sure the team got crazy), and later I learned some basic PHP (Only by exploring SMF codes).

Well,.....I was on a bicycle that was to small for me when I was all drunked up and these big feet I have got stuck in the spokes of the front wheel and I went head over heels into the corner of a concrete curb right on my collar bone. It wasn't a good experience.

As a parent of 4 children this would concern me a lot tbh.

Generally speaking, he isn't expected to do anything which he or his parents don't feel comfortable with.  Now... we can't exactly *stop him* if he decides to do so, however -- after all, in making him a team member, we have put faith in his ability to make the right decision.  But then, we are looking more for maturity than age when it comes to looking for prospective team members..  I know several of our team would give him a hand if necessary   Have a look at our core values -- we respect and honor that personal integrity if it is something which conflicts with one's morality... its just right.

As for being exposed to it... i'd have to say that is something that really comes with the position.  We couldn't guarantee that anyone absolutely wont be exposed to such things, and i can't guarantee that anyone would be either.  I won't sugar coat it, i'm sure he'll have such situations -- but as I said, we trust our team members to make their own personal decisions.  In addition, most of our "adult site" owners are conscientious enough to send links in private when requested, not just post them up -- and if they do, if a team member sees it, it is usually removed -- we don't allow links to adult sites without warning as to the content on the other site -- if they are allowed at all.

I wouldn't mind fixing such sites.
I mean, I'm here to give support, not to run of when I see the content of the sites.
And, I've seen a lot of sites whit content that I wouldn't really *Want* to see, but. It doesn't distrub me. I just do my job quickly to get out of there :p

I wasnt sure how this kind of thing would be handled from a team point of view (since im not on the team or a charter even) thats why I asked.Metallica has cleared this for me on how things are done concerning such issues.
