Database Error.. forum down

I dont know where this came from, I just connected to my forum and found this error

shows:

um.. should I clear that table in myphpadmin?

EDIT: I went into myphpadmin selected the table and selected "repair" option and that worked, sorry to freak and post a thread before I used my head
