"Don't remove stickies" option not in Remove Old Posts any more

Admin -> Forum Maintenance -> Common Tasks -> Topics -> Remove Old Posts

In 1.x there was an option to not remove stickied posts.  That seems to be missing in 2.0b4.  I deleted some important announcements because of it. 

Can that option be put back?  Or maybe I'm missing a setting somewhere which will restore it.
