Alguien sabe que es el safe mode

me gustaria saber que es el safe mode, aplicado a la instalación de mods, como se activa y como se desactiva, grax

eso me aparece cuando aplico los mods, como se desactiva

el safe mode es una seguridad de php en el servidor...

y tiene que a ver alguna manera para activarlo y desactivarlo, si no nunca voy a poder instalar un mod

Tiene que ser el ROOT del servidor.

When I try to install mods through the package manager I get the error

The script whose uid/gid is 119166/119166 is not allowed to access /hsphere/local/home/username/mysite.com/Packages/temp

I know I must ask the Webhotel to disable the SAFE MODE.
They said "You have to fix that through a new .htacess file, search the net for help"

So...
There is no .htacess-file aat all at the moment.
I just wonder, what do I need to put in it to make the Package Manager work?
I tried putting one in the Packages folder and adding the line:

Doesn't work.. I can't put a .htaccess in the  packages/temp folder by some reason.. It's protected.

creo q si.
y para modificar el php.ini,  debes ser root o dueño de la maquina
