Disable the Magic Llamas?

I have just noticed that in look and Lyout settings there is an option that says "Disable the Magic Llamas?"
What does this mean?

It is an option for you to turn off a mod that hasn't been running here for about a month and a half anyway.

It would display a graphic that moves over the screen.  The object is for the member to click the graphic and get points (sometimes positive, sometimes negative according to your settings).  This uses the Karma to keep track of those points.  Kinda a fun game but annoying at times too.  There is a mod posted here by Aquilo that requires a few modifications (also posted in the thread).  You can search for it if you're interested.
