Arcade Mod lost link to comments topic due to topic merge

I merged a topic into the arcade mod feedback thread - now the thread id has altered and the mod contains a dead link:

The "click here to comment on this mod" link is wrong now.

How can I fix this? I tried already to edit the mod however the topic id appears not to be modifiable.
