Help! Fatal Error popped up

So I just tried to install a ssi.php script. I added in one line of code, hit save, and this fatal error popped up..

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/path/to/forum/SSI.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.1/lib/php') in /hermes/web08/b2394/moo.dru1487/home/leagues/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 1

I can't go back in and delete it, what do I do?
