help me!! / admin button is missing

I already downloaded of some themes, and I already installed, only that  doesn't appear me the buttons admin , login,ect... 
I have SMF 1.0.2... 
 
Does anybody know because?? which the solution??

make sure that the buttons are in the
Themes/THEMENAME/images/LANGUAGE/
directory
