Another good mod, but it have a big bug in the translation operations.
You need to change this...
your_last_visit

for this...
ban_user_via_post

in all the translation files or it will not show the link.

Sabre™

Another nice mod mate :)

Because guests do not have a 'group_id' or 'additionalGroups' these will cause errors.
Do NOT give admin and/or ftp details to just anybody, see if they are trust worthy first!!  Do your homework ;)

Can this be fixed?  We have a board that guests can post in, and this would fill up the Error Log like mad...and it would be nice to immediately ban some of them.  lol

In portuguese

remi_naija

IS it possible to put a benchmark? Like say you can only add a link to post after 25 posts?

piratelv

And just because i haven't seen this in here yet.
Dutch:
$txt['ban_user_via_post'] = 'Verban deze gebruiker';

remi_naija

Does this mod ban all links in posts, or is it based on some benchmark. like say you can only add a link in your post after you have made 50 post?

I have installed it but cant seem to find where to customize the settings?

Blinker

remi_naija - you've misinterpreted the purpose of this mod.

It's not designed to "ban links in posts".

It's purpose is to place a link in each post to SMF's ban user function. It's a quick and convenient shortcut to the admin area so that you can ban a user for breaking the rules or whatever reason you choose.

remi_naija

Blinker - Thanks for the pointer.

Is there any mod I can use to regulate who can put a link inside a post? Say only users who have made 50 posts can add a link in their post?

Blinker

Not that I know of off-hand dude. Your best bet is to search the mod site.
