theme help please

I'm looking for a simple red theme that works w/ 1.03...something kinda like this:

but again, doesn't need to be that complex. I'd be just as happy editing the default blue bars but I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me?

thanks, it's just too red. My site has a canadian theme, so really just wanting red and white.
