Where I can disable smily images above the quickreply box?

Hello guys out there,

since the last days, I've been converting my wBB2 to SMF. At first - nice work!

Among other things, I've installed the Curve theme. Only with that theme, smiley images are above the quickreply box.
Where can I disable the images? They should only be displayed when you use the normal reply...
