Problem.

Ok .. When I uploaded a new template the "Bar of Experience" won't show up. But when I put the default one it works. Can any one Tell me why? and where I can get templates that work with Forum Mods.

All themes needs to be adjusted for mods to work in them - except for default theme. Because default theme is always the same, meaning the mod can find the code it needs to adjust. Whereas other themes might not have it at all, or have changed it = mod can't find it.

Try to look at the mod's files, and figure out what is changed, then apply it to your custom theme. Or ask the theme's creator if you haven't created it yourself, he/she might be able to help out -  no guaranties though.
