I installed a template and I just installed the shop but the shop icon doesnt show up on my new theme, ONly on the Default. So can one of you guys fix this problem for me.

I suggested asking the Mod author, or try to look at the mod's file and see what it changed in the default theme and try do the same changes to your theme.

Mods make modifications to default theme, usually. Thats why.

Just copy button code from default theme to yours. Its in index.template.php
