Editing logo on my theme

How do i edit the logo at the very top?? I'm pretty sure its in the PHP index, right?? PLEASE HELP!

ok- mine is hosted on someone else's server, so i would need to get them to do that right?

get a banner you like, and rename it to smflogo.gif... then upload it to Themes/classic/images/ and it will replace the current one!

Don't you have FTP access? How did you install SMF on the server? You have the original files right? Modify the files locally upload the new image and upload to your server.

as of right now no i dont have FTP access. he installed all the files for me. i'll see if i can get FTP access from him- that would be a good idea.
