Go to Admin > Membergroups and look at the URLs for the Modify links.

They'll look like: http://domain.com/index.php?action=membergroups;sa=edit;group=1 - the number there is the group number you need.

By default
1 = Adminstrator
2 = Global Administrator

Your theme has a custom BoardIndex.template.php file and changes will need to be done manually to it.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Not every theme adds a complete set of new files, which is why many forums do look similar between different themes.

The package manager does not always update custom themes in 1.1 meaning you may have to do it yourself.
