How to Change The Name of a Tab From Help To Forum?

I am Currently Using Smf 1.1.10 and using The DarkBreak Theme and would like to Change the help tab to Forum or Completely make a new tab?

Open the index.template.php

if you want to change it, just replace the action=help and the , $txt[119] , to whatever you need from the translation files or add a work like this -> 'Forum'
