i think boilerplates ist an unfortunately chosen word
shortanswer for admins and mods should better describe, what this modification does

if an admin or mod answer in threads they can use a dropdown menu with some special answers given in a list

it should be great for our own support - if your users have problems and you´re tired typing always the same long answers for always the same questions you choose one of these given answers and you only need a few clicks

i hope you´ll understand my bad english

This is an interesting mod, thanks Do².

I was thinking it was a more of a post-template style mod until I had it installed (which went fine on a heavily modded 1.1.10 btw), but it was more of an optional thing.

I kinda dig it but I'll need to play around a bit more and determine whether it actually has a proper use on my board.

I love the idea though, great work!!!

Thanks at all, i hope you enjoy my mod. ;)

Some information:

With this mod i want to support admins and moderators in other forums. They can use the drop down list, which is added by the mod to the editor, to insert predefined text modules (boilerplates) to the post. For expample very helpfull in supportboard, if you have to answer every time the same question. With my mod you have the possibility to predefine text modules in acp and insert easily via a drop down list into the post.

I added some pictures and a link to a demo board.

Please feel free to translate the mod and report bugs. ;)

Thanks for using my mod.

They should make NAO a mod on the Aeva and SMF media gallery boards and have him use this mod to answer the same questions over and over.

Important Update for 1.1.10 users!

I advise every 1.1.10 user with this mod to update to 1.2.1!

I fixed a bug, which brokes the PM Editor.

Known bug: Not compatible with the active WYSIWYG editor. I'm going to fixe this bug. This update need some time, because i have to rewrite a part of the mod.To avoid this bug: If you want to insert a boilerplate, you have to switch from WYSIWYG editor to normal editor (this is the red "A" on BBCButton)![/]

I don't see a 1.2.1 update in my admin panel  ???

Did you uninstall the previous version and uploaded the new? You won't get a messag in admin panel, if there are new versions.
You have to look sometime here and maybe there's a new version.

I checked all the files again and they are all in the correct version.

Do NOT give admin and/or ftp details to just anybody, see if they are trust worthy first!!  Do your homework ;)
