Problem when accessing Members through the admin section

Unable to load the 'view_members' template.

What might be causing this?  How might I fix it?  This happens when I click admin/members

Try reuploading all of your default theme templates (the files in /Themes/default) and see if it clears itself.

Thanks...   I didn't try that, but I did an upgrade of the smf and it seems to be working.  Thanks again;
