Looking for medical/mental health graphics

Hi

I want to replace the images that appear to the left of each individual forum (ie; on.gif/off.gif) with some type of medical/mental health type image. I'd also like to replace other images, buttons, smiles, etc with medical/mental health images. I have looked around the internet but everything seems to lead to some spam site. I don't want to replace or modify my current theme...just upload some replacement graphics. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
