Links appending an additional http://

links are having an additional http:// shown which is breaking all the links, i.e. http://hxxp:www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/general_politics/december_2009/tea_party_tops_gop_on_three_way_generic_ballot [nonactive]

Please advise!

Sounds like you upgraded soon after smf 1.1.11 was released. You're going to need to re-apply the update, which will fix this issue.

Pardon my ignorance. I initially installed this forum around the first of this month, and installed using the 1.1.11 version. How does one unapply and reapply an update when it wasn't ever updated?

Oh, sorry for assuming you updated =]

In anycase, you can just re-download the install pack, then replace your Subs.php file, located in ./Sources/Subs.php with the one from the freshly downloaded pack. If you have installed any mod that applies any changes to Subs.php, doing this will likely break the mod, so you should uninstall, then re-install if you have any.

Once you replace the Subs.php file, the issue should be fixed.
