I was searching the internet  and I found out this thread:

It was created by 'Michael "Oldiesmann" Eshom, SMF Compliance Manager / Marketing Team member'.

So what exactly this redirection works?

Search engine knows that vbulletin urls are moved permanently?

This works when I enable APACHE mod rewrite urls in SMF ?
