How to stop </form> being a <br>?

The form on my site is behaving as a br how can i stop this from happing? It need to stay out of the table because when i put it in the table the html become w3c unvalide.

You can do any of the following:

}

style="margin: 0;"

Or, you can put a hidden <input /> before the </form>.
