Enhanced PM Popup

Can anyone help - I have a forum member running Vista and I.E. who does not get the Enhanced  PM Popup notice. He has ticked the appropriate box in his profile and I have activated it in my admin
Admin -> Current Theme > Member Options > Configure guest and new user options for this theme
Admin -> Current Theme > Member Options > Change current options for all members using this theme
[Change] Show a popup when I receive new messages.

Are you referring to the Advanced PM Popup mod by Nas or the built-in PM notification?

In this case, it would be better to ask on that Mod's support topic since this is an issue with the Mod.

sorry to bump this, but due to the brevity of this thread i think this is better than starting a completely new one.

I've installed the mod, but I realize all members will have to go to their profile and choose to enable this feature. I've searched high and low through the admincp, and maybe i've missed it but does anyone know of a way to enable feature this for all my existing members. I have over 3k and don't want to have to newsletter the whole site about something as small as this.
