i just install simple portal and one avatar i dont what the problem mybe i have to reinstall it again

Sorry for getting back so late on this.
Is this problem solved? If not, please take a look at Admin > Registration > Security settings (spam settings), and make sure you didn't declare a number of questions or letters, while no question was entered, or other contradictory settings.
