Quoting foreign characters bad

Hello,

I'm running SMF 1.0.3 forum with Polish language only, so my every page is loading as:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-2"

When users are posting their messages everything is ok, special polish characters are showing properly, but when someone push the quoting button, then every quoted polish special char is displaying wrong, e.g: "jeste¶ jako¶ciowy"

Is this bug ? How to solve this problem ?

If you mean for quick reply/insert quote, this should be fixed in 1.1.
