Two Forums Same Accounts

Okay i want to know if there is a way i can make two forums like two whole different forums and  when some one makes an account on one of them it makes the acc on both so they can log in with there same acc on the other forums. Well i tryed a little but i can not make two forums on the same database i really do not know how to do it but it would be very helpful if some one could help me.

Make a database the same one a different forum.
